People, billing, payments and settings are free with any module. EMS can be bought on its own. CPR requires Courses; Skills Testing, Clinicals and Written Exams require EMS. Prices are in US dollars and billed to your organization.

Choose a CPR plan for your monthly registrations. Courses is included at $29 a month.
For an EMS program
EMS is priced by active students. Skills Testing, Clinicals and Written Exams are optional and require EMS. Courses is optional.

Core includes people, billing, payments and settings with any module. Courses adds the public catalog, online sign-up, registrations, calendar, course types and group quotes. CPR plans count registrations each month. EMS and its add-ons count active students.
How billing works
- Invoices
- We invoice your organization each month. Students or registrations above the included count are billed monthly, after the month ends.
- Setup fee
- For one module, the fee is one month of its price. If you buy two or more modules together, the fee is half a month of each module’s price. Courses counts as a module. Annual prepay waives the fee.
- Annual prepay
- Pay for 10 months, get 12, and the setup fee is waived. Anything above the included count is still billed monthly.
- CPR launch discount
- CPR plans are 20% off for the first 12 months from launch.
- Contract
- Plans are monthly. Add or drop a module later.
- Card payments
- Your students pay through your own Stripe account. You can also record cash, checks and purchase orders.
- Reminders
- Reminders go by email and iOS push. We do not send text messages.
